The Village at St. Rose

ABOUT

The Village at St Rose is a 230,000 SF mixed use campus consisting
of medical office, retail, and structured parking in Henderson, NV.
Compass was engaged to provide overall development
management services as the Owner's third party representative
from concept to completion. The project involved complex
entitlements and permitting working with multiple jurisdictions

including City of Henderson, Clark County, and NDOT and a multi-
phased construction program. The project was executed using a

Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) strategy.
