ABOUT

Compass is providing comprehensive project management services
for this project, which consists of single and multi-story residential
buildings, a park, clubhouse, program services building, retail
shop, ice cream shop, bakery and warehouse on 17.5 acres. Scope
of services includes management of consultant and Construction
Manager at Risk (CMAR) throughout programming, design,
bidding, value engineering and construction.
