ABOUT

Compass provided tenant representation and project management services for a build-to-suit development for Briova. Scope of services included oversight of the developer's activities and management of tenant improvements consisting of a 40,000-square-foot call center and an 80,000-square-foot highly automated pharmacy fulfillment operation. Compass coordinated planning, design, construction, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project to support the successful delivery of the facility.
