Compass provided development and project management services for a regional, anchor-tenant shopping center in the Centennial Hills area of Las Vegas. Developed over a three-year period, the project required coordination of planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, and construction activities to support the successful delivery of a major retail destination serving the surrounding community.
