ABOUT

This 25,000 SF tenant improvement within a Howard Hughes
building included offices, open office area, conference and
meeting space, staff and other support areas. The project schedule
required the users to temporarily relocate after their existing lease
expired before construction was complete. Compass managed the
project throughout all phases, including coordination of furniture
that Eide Bailly donated to the Vegas Chamber, in a phased
approach.
