Compass provided turnkey development management services for the new GLVAR headquarters, a two-story, 40,000-square-foot office building designed to accommodate administrative offices, events, and large-scale training programs for the organization's 17,000 members. Scope of services included coordination of planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, and construction activities through successful project completion.
