Compass provided development and project management services for a 156-unit affordable senior independent living community designed to provide service-enriched housing for the senior population. Scope of services included oversight of planning, design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and construction activities throughout the development process, supporting the delivery of high-quality, affordable housing tailored to the needs of older adults.
