ABOUT

Narrative is a 4-story, 100,184 SF Class AA office building. Compass
was responsible for providing development management services
and delivery of this project to meet the needs of clients, G2 Capital
and LaPour Partners. Compass also managed tenant improvements
for key anchor tenants in the building. The project had significant
challenges including a one year pause during the Covid-19
pandemic.
The project is now complete and 100% leased to a diverse tenant
mix of publicly traded and private credit tenants. In our humble
opinion, this is one of the best examples of Class A office
architecture in Las Vegas.
