ABOUT

Compass provided development and project management services for a mixed-use development in a resort community featuring retail space above underground parking, residential units above retail, hotel accommodations, and office space. The project also included two build-to-suit facilities, one for Best Buy and another housing an upscale restaurant, nightclub, and bowling venue. Scope of services included coordination of planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, and construction activities throughout the development process.
