Otonomus Hotel is the world’s first AI-powered hospitality concept, redefining
the travel experience by merging the flexibility of home-sharing with the luxury
of a five-star stay. This 4-story, 300 Room Las Vegas project sets a new
benchmark in technology-driven hospitality, featuring advanced automation,
seamless service integration, and elevated guest amenities. Compass
Development was engaged by Growth Holdings as development manager,
guiding the project from concept and design through construction and delivery.
Working alongside Rafael Construction and Perlman Architects, Compass
coordinated a diverse team, provided comprehensive project management, and
ensured alignment with the client’s vision while managing budget, schedule,
and quality on this highly complex, first-of-its-kind development. Serving as the
client’s advocate, Compass mitigated risk, anticipated challenges, and ensured
timely progress.
