ABOUT
Compass Development was engaged as the Owner’s Representative for the Las Vegas Paiute Tribe Wellness Center & Gymnasium, a new approximately 16,000-square-foot community wellness facility located on Paiute-owned land north of downtown Las Vegas near North Main Street.

The project includes two separate buildings and associated site improvements, featuring a gymnasium, reception and office areas, restrooms, yoga and training spaces, a kitchen, and other health and wellness amenities designed to serve Tribal members and the surrounding community.

Compass Development provided comprehensive project management services throughout design, permitting, contractor selection, construction, and closeout. The team also managed the project’s budget and schedule while overseeing construction to help ensure the facility was delivered in alignment with the Tribe’s goals for quality, cost, and timing.
