The Queensridge Medical Center project is a ground-up development of a 71,400-square-foot, three-story medical office building situated on approximately 4.66 acres near the corner of Hualapai Way and Alta Drive in Las Vegas. The building was designed as a modern medical office shell featuring a combination of concrete tilt-up construction, punched windows, and glass curtain wall elements. Compass Development was engaged as the Owner’s Representative to oversee all phases of development, including design management, permitting, contractor procurement, budgeting, scheduling, construction administration, and project closeout.
