Located in North Las Vegas, the Reckitt Tenant Improvement project consisted of approximately 189,000 SF of conditioned warehouse space constructed within a fully operational 500,000 SF warehouse for the storage of health products. The project was successfully designed, permitted, and delivered through a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method.

The work required extensive coordination among Reckitt, the facility operators, and the building owner to ensure the improvements were implemented without disrupting ongoing warehouse operations. The design included full-height insulated walls, high-speed doors, upgraded perimeter wall and roof insulation, and the installation of eight 25-ton rooftop units to maintain an average operating temperature of 72 degrees.
