This was a complex redevelopment of an existing shopping center involving partial demolition, renovation of existing shell space, façade upgrades, and accessible site improvements, all completed within a very tight timeframe. The project helped bring new life to an underserved area in East Las Vegas by creating an updated and more accessible retail environment for the community. Compass managed all phases of design and construction, including numerous scope and design changes initiated by the Developer. Compass also provided project management services for several major tenant improvements.
