ABOUT

This is a complicated re-development of an existing shopping
center that required partial demolition, renovation of existing shell
space, façade upgrade and accessible site improvements, all within
a very tight timeframe. Compass is managing all phases of design
and construction, including a number of scope and design changes
initiated by the Developer. Compass was also contracted by the
Developer to provide project management services for several of
the major tenant improvements.
