Compass is providing overall development and construction management services for Union Village, the world's first Integrated Health Village and one of the largest healthcare building projects in the United States. Scope of services includes oversight of the overall development process, including site planning and design, building design coordination, and management of all construction activities. This large-scale, complex project brings together healthcare, residential, and community-focused facilities within a comprehensive integrated development.
