ABOUT

The Vegas Chamber engaged Compass to assist in this tenant
improvement at the new City of Las Vegas Civic Plaza project. In
partnership with the City of Las Vegas, the second floor suite
consists of 14,700 SF plus an outdoor terrace and will consolidate
office and event space from two existing locations. In addition to
standard office space, the suite consists of multi-purpose spaces
for collaboration, meetings and receptions. Compass provided
third party Owner Representation for the Vegas Chamber.
