ABOUT

Compass provided project management services for the complete remodel of the former Las Vegas City Hall building. This complex project involved significant challenges, including mold and asbestos remediation, as well as the conversion of a civic facility into a modern office environment. Scope of services included coordination of design, construction, and project stakeholders throughout the redevelopment process. Upon completion, the building became the corporate headquarters and call center for Zappos.
