Jennifer Ford

Jennifer Ford is a Senior Project Manager at Compass Development.
With more than 20 years of experience
directing complex commercial real estate, construction, and corporate development projects, Jennifer is a
proactive, operationally-driven Owner’s Representative known for bringing order to complexity and driving
accountability across every phase of a project’s lifecycle.

Most recently, Jennifer served as Project Manager at Cresa in Las Vegas, where she acted as primary
Owner’s Representative on major commercial real estate projects—managing project documentation and
controls, RFI and submittal processes, and master budgets and critical-path schedules. She led competitive
procurement and RFP processes to vet and onboard architects, general contractors, engineers, and specialty
vendors, and ran routine OAC meetings to keep projects on schedule.

Jennifer’s project experience spans a wide range of asset types and scales, including:
• $127.1M, 267,000 SF Las Vegas government facility tenant improvement, delivered on schedule
• $7.7M, 44,000+ SF Ormat commercial office tenant improvement in Reno
• 108,000+ SF corporate headquarters relocation for Verra Mobility, plus facility transitions for Opendoor
• 60,000 SF gaming facility refresh and a $5.7M healthcare education facility, both in Reno
• $3.5M multi-phase project coordinating concurrent move management, corporate office build-outs, and
active warehouse tenant improvements

Before moving into commercial real estate project management, Jennifer built a broad foundation in
operations and facilities leadership, including 15 years as Office Manager at Vegas.com, where she led full-
lifecycle corporate relocations and a complex data center decommissioning project, as well as roles as
Employee Experience Manager at Boundless Immigration and Project Operations Manager at Skylar
Consulting. Across these roles, she has consistently delivered projects on time and within budget while
building strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Rochester, along with a Google
Project Management Certification and a Management Certificate in Personnel Management.
