Mike Shohet

Mike Shohet is the President of Compass Development, which he founded in 2019. Mike is a leader in Las Vegas real estate development, having served in a variety of leadership roles in public and private firms, while also holding board positions in several industries and municipal committees and organizations.

Mike’s experience spans all project types, from affordable housing to speculative retail and office projects. Some of his notable projects include the redevelopment of the Zappos Corporate Headquarters and the iconic Lou Ruvo Cleveland Clinic Center for Brain Health.
